Card Services
Convert credit card transactions to monthly instalments
Step 1
Log in to UOB TMRW Vietnam and select the credit card to activate instalment plan, then tap on "Services", Select "Convert to instalments".
Step 2
Select up to 5 transactions with a minimum sum of VND 3,000,000.
Step 3
Select repayment period.
Step 4
Review and tap "Confirm" to activate your instalment payment plan.
Step 5
Convert to instalments successfully.
Step 1
Log in to UOB TMRW Vietnam and select the credit card to activate instalment plan, then tap on "Services", Select "Convert to instalments".

Step 1

Temporarily lock card
Step 1
Log in to UOB TMRW Vietnam and select the credit card or account linked to the debit card to temporarily lock.

Go to “Services” tab and select “Temporarily lock card”.

Tap on "OK" to confirm.

The unlock card icon appears. Other services will be hidden.

Request card replacement for damaged card
Step 1
Log in to UOB TMRW Vietnam and select the credit card or account linked to the debit card to request card replacement.

Go to “Services” tab and select “Report damaged card”.

Tap "Next" to continue with replacement card request.
Step 4
Review and confirm your address.
Step 5
Replacement card requested successfully.

Tap "Next" to continue with replacement card request.

Report card replacement for lost card
Step 1
Log in to UOB TMRW Vietnam and select the credit card or account linked to the debit card to report lost card and replacement.
Step 2
Go to “Services” tab and select “Repost lost card”.
Step 3
Tap "Confirm" to permanently block the card.
Step 4
Tap “Replace card” to continue with replacement card request.
Step 5
Review and confirm your address.
Step 6
Replacement card requested successfully.

Log in to UOB TMRW Vietnam and select the credit card or account linked to the debit card to report lost card and replacement.
Step 2
Go to “Services” tab and select “Repost lost card”.

Change Card PIN

Enter your Secure PIN for authentication.

Change card PIN successfully.

Go to “Services” tab and select “Change card PIN”.

Create and re-enter your card PIN. Tap on "Next".

Enter your Secure PIN for authentication.

Set card spending limit
Step 1
Log in to UOB TMRW Vietnam and select the credit card or account linked to the debit card to change card spending limits.
Step 2
Go to “Services” tab and select “Set card spending limit”.
Step 3
Adjust spending limits by category: In-store (POS), Online, and Contactless.
Step 4
Select the transaction limit amount from the dropdown or input your value by select "Other".
Step 5
Enter your security PIN (only required if the updated spending limit is higher than the original).
Step 6
New limit updated successfully.

Log in to UOB TMRW Vietnam and select the credit card or account linked to the debit card to change card spending limits.

Go to “Services” tab and select “Set card spending limit”.
Step 3
Adjust spending limits by category: In-store (POS), Online, and Contactless.

Enter your security PIN (only required if the updated spending limit is higher than the original).

Log in to UOB TMRW Vietnam and select the credit card or account linked to the debit card to change ATM withdrawal limit.
Step 2
Go to “Services” tab and select “Set ATM withdrawal limit”.
Step 3
Select the transaction limit amount from the dropdown.
Step 4
Review and confirm changing the limit.
Step 5
Enter your Secure PIN for authentication.
Step 6
New limit updated successfully.

Go to “Services” tab and select “Set ATM withdrawal limit”.
