UOB Vietnam is aware of the recent cybersecurity incident involving the National Credit Information Center (CIC), as reported by the Vietnam Cybersecurity Emergency Response Center (VNCERT) on 10 September 2025.
We are actively monitoring the situation and working closely with the State Bank of Vietnam and relevant authorities to assess any potential impact and reinforce protective measures. Our priority is to safeguard our customers’ data and maintain the integrity of our banking systems.
UOB Vietnam’s systems remain fully secure, and operational. Customer accounts and funds are protected, and there is no indication of compromise within our infrastructure.
