Usage
Customer can use UOB ATM from Cash withdrawal at ATMs to Goods & service purchase at any POS or Online merchant within NAPAS network.
FAQs
Q1. What should I do when I receive a new card from UOB Vietnam?
When receive card, you should check on the information in the card as well as in the envelop.
Activate the card following the instruction.
You should change the PIN at the ATM for the first-time transaction.
Q2. How can I use the card?
After purchasing goods/services at a merchant, present your card, and check whether the transaction amount matches the amount on the transaction slip, sign in the signature panel of the slip, and then key in your PIN into POS device.
For cash withdrawal, enter your card PIN at ATM via Napas ecosystem.
The purchase of goods or services on the Internet Via Napas ecosystem.
When balance is insufficient in your payment account or if your card has expired, you cannot use your card.
Q3. How to handle card issues? Lock/wrong PIN key in/ card is kept by other banks
