3 simple ways to pay your outstanding balance

You can make payments for UOB Credit Cards/ UOB CashPlus easily and securely on UOB TMRW Vietnam with the “Pay bills” function.

To use this function, you need to have a UOB current account, which can be easily applied for here.

UOB Direct Debit automatically transfers money from your Current account to your Credit Cards/ UOB CashPlus Account on the due date.

For direct debit request service, you have to keep sufficient balances in your current account at least two (02) working days before the due date.

Please follow the steps below:

1. Beneficiary Bank Name: Select "UOB" (which is United Overseas Bank (Vietnam) Limited)
2. Beneficiary Account/ Card Number: Enter the 16-digit number of your UOB Credit Card or UOB CashPlus Account
3. Transfer Method: Select Transfer via Napas 247

The system will automatically display the Beneficiary Name, which is the Full name of the Primary Cardholder/ Account Holder printed on Citizen Identity Card/ Passport. Please verify the information carefully to ensure accuracy before proceeding with the transaction.

Important Note: If the system notifies that Transfer via Napas 247 cannot be processed, please:

  • Select normal transfer/ external transfer via State Bank
  • Enter the same information as above, including the Beneficiary Name

Processing time for normal transfer/ external transfer via State Bank:

  • Before 3:00 PM on a working day: Funds will be credited on the next working day
  • After 3:00 PM on a working day, or on weekends/ holidays: Funds will be credited after 2 working days

Notice on Credit Payment & Debt Classification:

For UOB CashPlus Account Holder, if you do not pay or pay less than the Total Payment Due on the Payment Due Date, the Bank may classify the UOB CashPlus Account Holder’s debt group to higher one as stipulated in Circular 31/2024/TT-NHNN and other relevant regulations.

For UOB Credit Cardholder, if you do not pay or pay less than the Minimum Payment Due on the Payment Due Date, the Bank may classify the UOB Credit Cardholder’s debt group to higher one as stipulated in Circular 31/2024/TT-NHNN and other relevant regulations.
