Scheme:
Customer will be given 01 (one) a Lotusmiles Titanium card (Issued by Vietnam Airlines), issued by Vietnam Airlines JSC – Lotusmiles Center for a period of one year.
The number of gifts is limited, please refer to the Terms and Conditions of the program.

Period:
The insurance policies are issued from 01 July 2026 to 30 September 2026 (the "Promotion Period").

Applicable customers:
Customer is the Policyholder of an Eligible Policy issued by Prudential Vietnam Life Insurance Company ("Prudential") through UOB Vietnam that satisfy the following conditions:

• Insurance policy issued during the Promotion Period.
• The insurance policy has an initial premium (IP) of VND 100 million or more, including the main product and rider products (if any). The initial premium will not apply to investment premium (if any). • Periodically, the payment mode of the Policy must be a semi-annual premium or annual premium.
• The Policy is not canceled or adjusted within 21 days of free look period, leading to the Policy is no longer satisfied with conditions of the Promotion conditions.
• At the end of Promotion cut-off date, the Policies are required to complete and confirmation of acknowledge form to Prudential and have passed 21 days of free look period.
