UOB TMRW Vietnam

Yes, you can download UOB TMRW Vietnam via App Store or Google Play. However, please note that:

  • If you are holding both Citi products and UOB products, you can use UOB TMRW Vietnam to manage your Citi-migrated products from 24 July 2025 onwards.
  • If you are holding only Citi products, you can use UOB TMRW Vietnam to manage your Citi-migrated products on 20 July 2025, from 6:00 PM onwards.

Please continue to use Citi Mobile App and Citibank Online to manage your Citi products until 18 July 2025, 7:00 PM. After that, Citi Mobile App and Citibank Online will be discontinued to prepare for the migration.

  • If you have UOB TMRW Vietnam username and password, you can continue logging in to UOB TMRW Vietnam app to view your migrated products.

  • If you have not registered for UOB TMRW Vietnam, please download app and refer here for instructions.

     

However, please note that UOB TMRW Vietnam will only be available to manage your Citi-migrated products after the migration is completed. For details, please refer to this question: Can I download and use UOB TMRW Vietnam now?

If you are holding only Citi products, you can reigster for UOB TMRW Vietnam to manage your Citi-migrated products on 20 July 2025, from 6:00 PM onwards.

However, please use Citi Mobile App and Citibank Online to manage your Citi products until 18 July 2025, 7:00 PM. After that, Citi Mobile App and Citibank Online will be discontinued to prepare for the migration.

Your Citi-migrated products will only be available to be managed on UOB TMRW Vietnam from 24 July 2025 onwards

Please use Citi Mobile App and Citibank Online to manage your Citi products until 18 July 2025, 7:00 PM. After that, Citi Mobile App and Citibank Online will be discontinued to prepare for the migration.

Yes, you can activate your Citi-migrated cards via UOB TMRW Vietnam.

Yes, you can view and manage all of your Citi-migrated products on UOB TMRW Vietnam on 20 July 2025, from 6:00 PM onwards.

Note: If you are holding both Citi products and UOB products, your Citi-migrated products can only be viewed & managed on UOB TMRW Vietnam from 24 July 2025 onwards.

Currently UOB TMRW Vietnam runs on iOS version 15 above and Android version 10 above.

No, please create new user account and password to log in to UOB TMRW Vietnam.

  • For migrated Citi Credit Cards/ Citi Ready Credit/ Ready Credit Installment Plan Account, you can view transaction history of 30 days prior to the Migration Date on UOB TMRW Vietnam.
  • For migrated Citi Current Accounts & Deposits and Debit Cards, you cannot view transaction history occurred prior to the Migration Date on UOB TMRW Vietnam.

Your saved payee data will not be transferred. You will have to add your saved payee(s) again via the UOB TMRW Vietnam.

No, please set up new instructions/ recurring transfers on the UOB TMRW Vietnam.

You will no longer be able to use your Citi Mobile App or Citibank Online services on 18 July 2025, from 7:00 PM onwards.

Your previous e-Statements will not be migrated to the UOB TMRW Vietnam. If you would like to keep previous records of your e-Statement, please download all your previous statements prior to 7:00 PM on 18 July 2025.

You will be able to view Rewards points earned, balance and redeem your Rewards points easily via the UOB TMRW Vietnam after the migration. 

Note: Any available Citi Miles/ Cash Back points/ Rewards points earned before the migration will be transferred to UOB where 1 Citi Mile/ Cash Back point/ Rewards point is equivalent to 1 UOB Rewards point with no expiration date. 

On 18 July 2025, from 7:00 PM onwards, you will no longer be able to use your Citi Mobile app or Citibank Online. Please register for the UOB TMRW Vietnam to get access to online banking services.

Credit Cards & Debit Cards

Yes, you can continue to use your Citi Credit Card up till the migration. However, please take note of the expected downtime and/or discontinuation of services via Citi channels that we have communciated to you.

Your existing UOB Credit Card (migrated from Citi Credit Card) privileges and benefits will remain the same after migration. Rest assured that you will be notified in advance prior to any changes being made.

You will have continued access to account e-Statements via Citibank Online and Citi Mobile App until 18 July 2025, 7:00 PM. Please download your e-Statements prior to 18 July 2025, 7:00 PM for your personal records. After that, Citi Mobile App and Citibank Online will be discontinued to prepare for the migration.

After migration, you will be able to retrieve and download your new e-Statements generated after 20 July 2025 via the UOB TMRW Vietnam app. Please note that UOB wil ldiscontinue the delivery of e-statements in PDF format to your registered email.

Before Migration Date, please make payments via Citi payment channels as usual. Please refer here for detailed instructions.

After Migration Date, please make payments via UOB payment channels. Please refer here for detailed instructions.

There will be no changes to your Citi Miles/ Cash Back Points/ Rewards Points for now. You can continue to earn and redeem your Citi Miles/ Cash Back Points/ Rewards Points as per usual up till the migration.

After migration, your available Citi Miles/ Cash Back Points/ Rewards Points  before migration will be transferred to UOB where 1 Citi Mile/ Cash Back Point/ Rewards Point is equivalent to 1 UOB Rewards Point with no expiration date. You can redeem your UOB Rewards Point via UOB TMRW Vietnam.

From 23 April 2025, we have discontinued receiving new applications for Citi Credit Cards. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

No, you are not required to cancel your Citi Mastercard Debit Card(s). You can continue to use both your Citi Mastercard Debit Card(s) and UOB NAPAS Debit Card for the time being. Rest assured that you will be notified in advance prior to any changes being made.

Your Citi Mastercard Debit Card(s) can continue to be used after the migration until we send the new UOB Debit Cards to you.

Your Citi Credit Cards can continue to be used after the migration until we send the new UOB Credit Cards to you.

After Migration Date, your available Citi Miles/ Cash Back Points/ Rewards Points  before migration will be transferred to UOB where 1 Citi Mile/ Cash Back Point/ Rewards Point is equivalent to 1 UOB Rewards Point with no expiration date. You can redeem your UOB Rewards Point via UOB TMRW Vietnam.

If you have set up direct debit authorisation on your account for Citi Credit Card/ Citi Ready Credit/ Ready Credit Installment Plan payments, and/or for Insurance products distributed by Citi, the payments will automatically be debited from your UOB account or credit card transferred from Citi.

You can make payments via the following UOB payment channels:

  • UOB TMRW Vietnam
  • Direct debit through UOB current account
  • Bank transfer from another bank.

Please select the Beneficiary Bank as “UOB”, which is United Overseas Bank (Vietnam) Limited.

No, there's no need to sign any UOB forms or documents at this moment. Rest assured that you will be notified in advance prior to any changes being made.

There is no change to the existing Citi PayLite partners until further notice.

Your existing installment plans are not impacted by the migration until further notice.

No, your installment plans remain the same after the migration.

No, your credit score will not be affected by the migration. However, it is important to continue making timely payments on your Credit Card and Citi Ready Credit/ Ready Credit Installment Plan.

Yes, the existing privileges and benefits at our existing merchants & partners will remains unchanged until further notice. 

Your registration to any campaign running through the transition is not impacted by the migration. Please keep connect with us via e-mail, SMS or you can visit our website to be updated about any change or upcoming new campaigns/offers.

Please ensure you settle your outstanding balance according to the bank statement to avoid additional interest or fee charges or service disruption. If payments are overdue, your Credit Card(s) may be temporarily blocked. Once the payment is received, your card will be reviewed for reactivation.

You will receive a single monthly e-statement for all your credit card(s), including installment plans moved to UOB’s system. This e-statement will be only available in the UOB TMRW app, where you can download, access, and retrieve them. Please note that for security reasons, UOB will discontinue the delivery of e-statements in PDF format to your registered email.

You can continue to use your Citi Credit Card as usual until a new UOB Credit Card is issued to you at a later date. The outstanding balances will also be migrated and continue normally.

Please continue to make payment for the outstanding balances to your existing accounts using the same 16-digit account number. For more details on payment channels, please visit Card Services page.

There will be changes to Credit Card's Fees and Charges after migration. For more details, kindly visit our "Fees and Charges" & "Terms and Conditions".

Your Citi-migrated Credit Card number will remain the same until further notice.

You can continue to use your Citi Debit and Citi Credit Card as usual until a new UOB Debit/ UOB Credit Card is issued to you after the migration. We will deliver UOB Debit Cards/ UOB Credit Cards to the mailing address provided to the bank.

Your credit card credit limit will remain unchanged after migration.

You may request for a credit limit increase after the migration via UOB branches or UOB Contact Center.

Yes, all the offers provided by the Bank (for example, annual fee waiver when applying for credit card, etc.) will still remain unchanged after your Citi products are migrated to UOB.

Citi Mobile App and Citibank Online will be discontinued from 7:00 PM on 18 July 2025 onwards.

  • If you are holding only Citi products, please download and register UOB TMRW Vietnam to access your Citi-migrated card/ loan starting from 6:00 PM on 20 July 2025.
  • If you are holding both Citi products and UOB products, you may download and register for UOB TMRW Vietnam today. Starting from 24 July 2025, your Citi-migrated products will be fully accessible within the UOB TMRW Vietnam.

Issuing paper statement request of Citi Credit Cards/ Citi Ready Credit/ Ready Credit Installment Plan will be available via:

  • Citibank Online and CitiPhone hotline until 18 July 2025.
  • Sunwah Branch (Ho Chi Minh City) and Horison Branch (Hanoi) during operating hours.

Post migration, you can continue to request for paper statement via our UOB Contact Center or UOB Branch.

The Minimum Payment Due of your card will be calculated according to the outstanding balance in your statement. 

  • A. When you are not overlimit:
    Current Minimum Due = 5% (Total Payment Due – Instalment Amount Due) + Instalment Amount Due (if any), or VND 50,000 whichever is higher. 
  • B. When you are overlimit:
    Current Minimum Due on customer level = 5% of your Credit Line plus any Overlimit amount at Customer level. 
    Then, this current minimum due on customer level will be prorated to each of your account depending on account balance ratio.

Minimum Payment Due = Current Minimum Due + All Past Due (if any)

If you have set up direct debit authorisation for Citi Credit Card/ Ready Credit/ Ready Credit Installment Plan payments, and/or Insurance products distributed by Citi, the payments will automatically be debited from your UOB account or Credit Card converted from Citi.

You will be contacted by our bank staff if your statement is eligible for balance conversion with UOB SmartPay (replacing Citi PayLite and Citi FlexiBill Program).

If you wish to register for the service or receive consultation, you may also contact us via our hotline at 1800 599 921.

Dispute request service will be available via:

  • Citibank Online and CitiPhone hotline until 18 July 2025.
  • Sunwah Branch (Ho Chi Minh City) and Horison Branch (Hanoi) during operating hours. 

From 21 July 2025, you can submit it by contacting our UOB Customer Service hotline or UOB Branch. 

Your existing arrangement will remain the same. Please track your loan outstanding balance on UOB TMRW Vietnam after the migration. You can make your loan prepayment request through new UOB Customer Service hotlines on 20 July 2025, from 6:00 PM onwards. To ensure smooth processing of your loan prepayment request, please make full prepayment to your loan on respective UOB CashPlus Account (migrated from your Citi Ready Credit/ Ready Credit Installment Plan Account).

After migration, you will be able to make payments through the following UOB payment channels:

  • On 20 July 2025, from 6:00 PM onwards:
    + UOB TMRW Vietnam app
  • From 21 July 2025 onwards:
    + Direct debit through UOB current account
    + Bank transfer from another bank
    Please select the Beneficiary Bank as “UOB”, which is United Overseas Bank (Vietnam) Limited.

If you are holding both Citi and UOB products, you can make payment for your Citi-migrated products via UOB TMRW Vietnam app from 24 July 2025. 

Yes, you can use your Citi debit card as per normal.

However, please note that Citi Debit Card services will be temporarily unavailable to prepare for the migration. Details as follows:

  • Cash Withdrawal services via ATMs with Citi Debit Card at domestic and overseas destinations will be temporarily unavailable from 7:00 PM on 17 July 2025 (Thursday) to 6:00 PM on 20 July 2025 (Sunday).
  • POS/ Online transaction services by Citi Debit Card at domestic and overseas merchants will be temporarily unavailable from 7:00 PM on 18 July 2025 (Friday) to 6:00 PM on 20 July 2025 (Sunday).

From 6:00 PM on 20 July 2025 (Sunday), Cash Withdrawal via ATM, POS & Online transaction services by Citi Debit Card will resume.

Personal Loan

Yes, you can continue to use your Citi Ready Credit account and/or Ready Credit Installment Plan account up till the migration. However, please take note of the expected downtime and/or discontinuation of services via Citi channels that we have communciated to you.

Your existing UOB CashPlus (migrated from Citi Ready Credit account and/or Ready Credit Installment Plan account) benefits will remain the same after migration. Rest assured that you will be notified in advance prior to any changes being made.

You will have continued access to account e-Statements via Citibank Online and Citi Mobile App until 18 July 2025, 7:00 PM. Please download your e-Statements prior to 18 July 2025, 7:00 PM for your personal records. After that, Citi Mobile App and Citibank Online will be discontinued to prepare for the migration.

Your Citi Ready Credit/ Ready Credit Installment Plan accounts will be migrated into UOB's system with a new name called "UOB CashPlus". If you are currently holding both Citi Ready Credit/ Ready Credit Installment Plan accounts, you will have two (02) CashPlus accounts respectively with the same 16 digit account number.

There is no change to your instalment loans. Your oustanding balances will be migrated over to UOB's system and continue.

Your Citi Ready Credit/ Ready Credit Installment Plan accounts will be migrated into UOB's system with a new name called "UOB CashPlus". You will receive a single monthly e-statement for all your UOB CashPlus account(s) held with us. This e-statement will be only available in the UOB TMRW app, where you can download, access, and retrieve them. Please note that for security reasons, UOB will discontinue the delivery of e-statements in PDF format to your registered email.

Your Citi Ready Credit/ Ready Credit Installment Plan Account will be migrated into UOB's system with a new name called "UOB CashPlus". The outstanding balances on the accounts will also be migrated and continue normally.

Your Citi Ready Credit/ Ready Credit Installment Plan Account will be migrated into UOB's system with a new name called "UOB CashPlus". Your Citi Ready Credit/ Ready Credit Installment Plan account number will remain the same.

Accounts & Deposits

You can continue using your Citi Current Accounts and Deposits as per normal until 18 July 2025, 3:00 PM. Additionally, please take note of the expected downtime and/or discontinuation of services that we have communicated to you.

On 20 July 2025, from 6:00 PM onwards, your Current Accounts and Deposits from Citi's system will be migrated to UOB's system with new UOB account number(s) and these account(s) will be ready to transact.

From 23 May 2025, we have discontinued receiving new applications for Citi Current Accounts, Citi Deposits and Citi Debit Cards to prepare our system for the migration. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

No, you cannot open UOB Accounts and Deposits at UOB Sunwah & UOB Horison branch before the Migration Date.

Should you wish to open UOB Accounts and Deposits prior to the Migration Date, please contact our Relationship Manager at UOB Sunwah and UOB Horison branches for support.

Yes, you can still enjoy a fee waiver for outgoing telegraphic transfers via UOB Sunwah branch (Ho Chi Minh City) & UOB Horison branch (Hanoi) until further notice. Rest assured that you will be notified in advance prior to any changes being made.

If you have set up direct debit authorisation on your account for Citi Credit Card/ Ready Credit/ Ready Credit Installment Plan payments, and/or Insurance products distributed by Citi, the payments will automatically be debited from your UOB account converted from Citi.

You may request for confirmation letter or reference letter at UOB Sunwah and Horison branch for your Citi accounts; and at UOB Hanoi, mPlaza and Central Plaza branch for your UOB accounts as per normal until 4PM on 18 Jul 2025

From 21 Jul 2025 onwards, you can request for confirmation letter or reference letter at all UOB branches for your UOB accounts (existing and/or migrated from Citi).

After Migration Date, you can request historical paper statement via any UOB branches or our Contact Center.

Citigold

Before Migration Date, you can continue to call Dedicated Citigold Hotline (84 28) 3521 1088 or your Relationship Manager. Rest assured that you will be notified in advance prior to any changes being made.

From Migration Date, your Segment status will be updated from Citigold to UOB Privilege Banking. As a UOB Privilege Banking customer, you will continue enjoying this annual fee waiver as usual until further notice.

From Migration Date, your Segment status will be updated from Citigold to UOB Privilege Banking. As a UOB Privilege Banking customer, the interest rate of your UOB Accounts & Deposits migrated from Citi will remain unchanged until further notice.

Yes, you will continue to enjoy the benefits until the end of campaign period until further notice.

Yes, your Relationship Manager will continue to service you until further notice.

From Migration Date, your status will be changed to UOB Privilege Banking status, which is equivalent to Citigold status.

From Migration Date, your Segment status will be updated from Citigold to UOB Privilege Banking. As a UOB Privilege Banking customer, you can access to over 40 Privilege Banking Centres across Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand and Vietnam to enjoy the facilities and services. You are encouraged to contact your Relationship Managers to enquire further.

From Migration Date, your Segment status will be updated from Citigold to UOB Privilege Banking. As a UOB Privilege Banking customer, you will continue to enjoy this benefit following your current contract.

From Migration Date, your Segment status will be updated from Citigold to UOB Privilege Banking. As a UOB Privilege Banking customer, you will continue to enjoy this benefit as usual until further notice.

Personal Info

In case you do not update email/ mobile phone number to UOB before Migration Date, you may encounter disruption to the following services after the transition is completed:

  1. Continue transacting on your account(s)
  2. View your transaction history
  3. Single view of your accounts/ products migrated from Citi on UOB’s mobile banking app
  4. Receive SMS OTP for online transactions by card
  5. Receive card transaction/ balance fluctuation alerts and service disruption notification
  6. Receive latest announcements and promotions

In case no update before 18 July 2025, your mobile number(s) and/or email address(es) recorded in UOB’s system will be considered as your default contact details and retained after Migration Date.

Please be assured that your Citi products have been successfully migrated to UOB's system on 20 July 2025.

However, details of your migrated Citi products may not be displayed on UOB TMRW Vietnam immediately as we are in the final stage of updating your product information on UOB TMRW Vietnam. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding. 

You can expect to view and manage your migrated Citi products on UOB TMRW Vietnam from 24 July 2025 onwards. We will notify you as soon as the migrated products are displayed on UOB TMRW Vietnam.
