Notification of temporarily unavailable services

We would like to inform you of the temporarily unavailable services to facilitate the migration of Citi products to UOB’s system.

During the migration process, the following banking services will be temporarily unavailable to UOB customers on Sunday 20 July 2025, from 6:00 AM until 6:00 PM.

However, UOB Customer Service Hotlines will be available to support reporting lost card, or fraud, or emergency services.

Current Accounts and Debit Cards services

  • Current accounts: Inward and outward fund transfers, bill payment, eStatement access, etc.
  • Debit Cards (NAPAS and Mastercard): Card activation, POS/ E-commerce/ linked e-wallet transactions, ATM cash withdrawals, etc.

Credit Cards services

  • Card activation and PIN registration
  • View eStatement and transaction history
  • Rewards redemption
  • Instalment conversion
  • Report damaged card
  • Set spending and cash advance limit
  • Credit card payment from UOB current account

Digital services

  • UOB TMRW Vietnam app

Contact Centre services

  • Self-service through phone banking
  • Inquiries and service requests through contact centre agents

Banking services will resume on 20 July 2025, from 6:00 PM onwards. UOB branches will operate as usual from Monday 21 July 2025.

Should there be any change to the schedule, we will notify you promptly.
