Dear valued customers of UOB Vietnam,

We would like to inform that our banking services will be available during the period of social distancing.

To ensure the safety for all, we encourage you to use UOB internet bankingUOB Mighty or any ATM within the NAPAS network whenever is convenient for you. However, if you choose to come to our branch offices, please kindly be aware that have put in precautionary measures to safeguard the well-being of our customers and colleagues including:

Stepping up cleaning
We have increased the frequency of cleaning at our branches and offices.
Following social distancing guidelines
We are enforcing social distancing measures at our branches and offices to limit the risk of exposure to our colleagues and customers. Customers must wear masks according to requirements by Vietnamese government on social distancing.
Restricting building access
We are carrying out temperature screening at our branches and offices and will decline entry to any person with a temperature of 37.5° Celsius or above. We also require the health and travel declarations for all visitors to our branches and offices.
