The current Citi branches for consumer business shall remain in operation, and will be operating under UOB from the Transfer Date.

  • COPAC (HCMC) Branch

Which branches can perform transactions for Citi products and services?

From the Transfer Date, customers with Citi products and services can request transactions at the following branches :

UOB Sunwah Branch:
Sun Wah Tower, 115 Nguyen Hue Boulevard, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

UOB Horison Branch:
40 Cat Linh Street, Cat Linh Ward, Dong Da District, Hanoi.
Can I make queries and transactions on my UOB accounts at Citi branches and vice versa?

No, you are not able to perform such transactions as both banks' systems are not yet integrated at the moment.
Does UOB have Safe Deposit Box (SDB) service?

Yes, Safe Deposit Box is available at Central Plaza (Le Duan) Branch. Please contact this branch for details.
Are there services which will cease from operation from the Transfer Date?
