1. These terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice. UOB Vietnam will announce on website and at the counter.

2. Schedule of commissions and charges does not include the commissions and other charges due to third parties.

3. Other charges/fees which are not stipulated in this tariff will be collected according to agreement between UOB Vietnam and its customer.

4. All the charges/fees will be subjected to 10% VAT (unless otherwise stipulated).

5. Fee reduction:

To support our clients during the COVID-19 season, UOB Vietnam has decided to lower the fee applicable to below transactions:

• Type of transaction: VND payments to the other banks within Vietnam (refer to point 7.2.2 of this tariff).
• Applicable period: from 01 April 2020 until further notice.
• Form of submission: both Paper-based and E-channel.
• Reduction amount:
  • For High-value payments in local currency (>= VND500,000,000), amount of fee to be reduced is 0.01% of transfer amount (Min VND 2,000, Max VND 50,000).
  • For Low-value payments in local currency (< VND 500,000,000), amount of fee to be reduced is VND 1,000.

6. Please be noted that: the actual bank charges for payments in foreign currency may differ from customer’s calculation. The Bank will try to round down the number so that actual bank charges would be lower than calculated, subject to internal regulations of the Bank.
