The “How Effective Cash Flow Management Improve the Business Performance” workshop organized by UOB Vietnam and Shopee on 21st December 2019 was held successfully with enthusiastic participation of shop owners.

At the beginning of the event, PhD. Nguyen Thi Hoang Anh – Lecturer Foreign Trade University HCMC provided valuable lesson about cash flow on controlling the working capital effectively as well as running a business in industry 4.0. Her sharing mostly focused on the important of making financial plan for both short term and long term to optimize the online business performance.

The atmosphere was more uplifting when the useful lessons of cash flow was applied to the questions in the form of mini-game with exciting participation from entire audiences.

At the second part of the event, the attendants were intrigued by interesting experience shared by an individual and non-individual shop owner on Shopee: Mr. Ly – representing trading engine oil company; and Mr. Lam owning a local brand producing essential oils.
