  • Foreign Incorporated Company
  • Non-Governmental Organization

Vietnamese Enterprises

  • Business Registration certificate
  • Charter
  • ID for Vietnamese/Passports (Foreigners) of Legal Representative, shareholders and authorized signatory(ies)
  • Minutes/Resolution of Member Council on duly appointed Director(s), Chief Accountant or other officer (if any)
  • Notice/Certificate of Tax Code (if applicable)
  • Address proof for residential address (and permanent address if different)

Foreign Incorporated Company

  • Business Registration certificate
  • ID for Vietnamese/Passports (Foreigners) of Legal Representative, shareholders and authorized signatory(ies)
  • Address proof for residential address (and permanent address if different)

Non-Governmental Organization

  • Establishment License or equivalent document
  • Certificate of Incorporation or equivalent document of Parent Organization
  • Charter
  • ID for Vietnamese/Passports of Legal Representative and authorized signatory(ies)
