We would like to remind that the Bank shall apply the payment hierarchy as set out in the internal regulations of the Bank and in accordance with the currently applicable provisions of the law. Accordingly, in terms of overdue debts, the Bank shall collect the principal first, interest is collected later.
In particular, if you have two or more overdue loans or one loan having two or more overdue repayment periods, the Bank shall prioritize to collect all overdue principal, then collect interest of those debts/repayment periods.
