Mortgage Interest Rate (MIR): 10.5% p.a.

Importance note:

Floating Rate (%) = MIR(%)* + Margin** (%)

(*) MIR (%) is calculated and determined based on elements driving the business cost of the Bank, including but not limited to market situation, cost of fund, credit cost and operation cost.

(**) Margin can be positive (+) or negative (-), depending on the pricing scheme announced by Bank from time to time.
