Declaration on Legal Arrangement Involved

In compliance with Circular 20/2019/TT-NHNN issued by SBV on 14 November 2019 regarding to the update of information of the customers entering into legal agreements (Legal Agreement shall include without limitation to trust, foreign trust, entrustment or other similar legal arrangement with domestic or foreign organization and individual in relation to management and operation of fund and asset).

Kindly respond your declaration on involvement in legal arrangement to UOB Vietnam no later than 31 December 2021.

Should there be no response from you after 31 December 2021, UOB Vietnam shall consider that you are NOT involved in any legal arrangement.
