Update on Cut-off Time for Payment Request

    Dear valued customer,

    Following Directive 18/CT-TU from the Municipal Party Committee of Ho Chi Minh City, Ho Chi Minh City citizen is generally no longer restricted to go out after 18:00. With this change, we would like to announce that we will return the cut-off time for payment to normal starting from Thursday, 14 October 2021.
