COVID-19 Virus Update

      UOB cares for the well-being of customers and colleagues. Read about what we are doing to combat the spread of COVID-19.

      As part of caring for the health and safety of our bank staff and customers, UOB Vietnam is taking proactive and precautionary measures to combat the spread of the COVID-19.

      We will be carrying out temperature screening for all people entering our buildings and branches. We will have to decline entry to our branches/offices for anyone with a temperature of 37.5°C and above. We are sorry for this inconvenience.

      You may see our bank staff wearing face masks and using hand sanitisers as a preventive measure. We have also increased the frequency of cleaning at our building common areas, branches and offices.

      We encourage customers who suspect they may have been exposed to the COVID-19 or who feel unwell to seek medical care promptly.
