      To improve customers services and maximize the Internet Banking’s benefit, UOB Vietnam announce as follows:

      1. Bank Statement, Credit Advice, Debit Advice will be provided via Internet banking (BIB Plus) instead of by post as current process. These documents can be downloaded, saved and printed any time from BIBPlus which will help to save time and cost. BIBPlus link: https://ov.bibplus.uobgroup.com/BIB/public
      2. Authorized signature and Bank’s stamp are not required for these documents. In case, customer need authorized signature and stamp, please contact with UOB Vietnam for support.
