You have big plans for your future. And we are here to help you set them in motion with the UOB Vietnam Management Associate Programme 2021, designed to nurture our next generation of leaders across the region.

What do I need to apply?

As a UOB Management Associate, you should have a drive for excellence, an entrepreneurial spirit and a strong sense of ethics. You will also need to have:

• A bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• A GPA of 3.0 or equivalent and above
• No more than two years of work experience
• An impressive track record of leadership and co-curricular activities

How will I be assessed?

We have in place a comprehensive and rigorous selection and assessment process to help us identify ideal candidates:

Your 18-month exploration

You will start and end the UOB Management Associate Programme at the Home Division of your choice where you will receive the most intensive training. Over these 18 months, you will also be rotated to other business divisions, where you will learn about key aspects of our business, such as customer engagement.
