Vlad has over 12 years of experience in South-East Asia, specializing in investment strategies and market dynamics. He has extensive experience in personal finance and corporate servicing, having worked with investment firms in Malaysia and Vietnam. Vlad also has a strong background in marketing, client service, and events with international exposure.

Vlad has been instrumental in developing business strategies and growth initiatives, organizing and creating seminars and workshops for both foreign and local investor communities in Vietnam. His efforts have significantly enhanced investor knowledge and engagement. Additionally, Vlad serves as the Vice Chairman of the Central and Eastern European Chamber of Commerce (CEEC), further contributing to his expertise and leadership in the investment community.

Thao has over 10 years of experience supporting clients from various regions in entity formation in Vietnam. She advises on the market entry strategies, appropriate corporate structure, and sub-licenses for various sectors to ensure compliance in operations.

Thao has gained extensive legal expertise working for various law firms, specializing in Corporate, Investment, and Labour Law. She holds a Bachelor in Economic Law from Ho Chi Minh City University of Economics and a Lawyer Training Certificate. She is also a member of the Bar Association of Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

Mr. Ho Sze Ming holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the National University of Singapore. He joined the bank in 1999 and has been with UOB in Vietnam for more than 20 years. He has experience across various functions of the bank, from branch operations, wholesale banking and is currently heading FDI Advisory, which is a dedicated unit to provide market entry support for investment into Vietnam.

Gene King specializes in equity-related strategies, including capital raising, JV partnerships, and fund management. With 19 years of experience in cross-border property development and M&As, he has built strong industry relationships in Ho Chi Minh City since 2016. Before joining BW, Gene held senior roles in logistics property development and private equity, leading overseas property investments and strategic partnerships.

Gene holds an M.S. in Real Estate Development from Columbia University, an M.Arch from Tunghai University, and a B.A. in Land Economics from National Taipei University. He speaks fluent Mandarin, Hokkien, and Japanese, and is improving his Vietnamese.
